June 30, 2012 Warsaw

In the interests of getting to tomorrow's blog (which is already written), I'll be brief with June 30.  Helise arranged for a morning tour of Warsaw.  We walked for a few hours in the area around the hotel,

saw the university (which graduated Menachem Begin), learned about the Warsaw ghetto uprising as we walked through the area that used to be the ghetto.

  After the tour, we retreated to the hotel in the afternoon and spent some time in their amazing pool.

Marci and the girls dined on waffles for dinner and we tried to get to bed early for tomorrow's big day.
